What we collect

When you reserve or join the waitlist: your name, email, phone number, party size, chosen seating, and any dietary notes or allergies you choose to share (which may reveal health information — share only what the kitchen needs). We also record whether you opted in to marketing emails.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

How we use it

To hold and confirm your reservation, send your confirmation and receipt, contact you about the event, manage the waitlist, check you in on the night, and handle refunds. Dietary notes are shared only with the kitchen team. Marketing emails are sent only if you ticked the opt-in box; every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

Your reservation details are shared with our partner restaurant, Manila Inasal, to host the event. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database and transactional email
• Fonts are self-hosted; no Google Fonts or other font CDNs
• No analytics, advertising pixels or session replay are used on this site

Retention & your rights

We keep reservation records as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing team@igumdrop.me.
